HP Tuners is currently missing a critical injector characterization table in its Ford applications. This table should be implemented in the next release, and as soon as it is, we will release HP Tuners specific Ford data.

Chrysler applications will also be added to the next release, and as soon as it is ready we will post HP Tuners specific Chrysler data.

Ford characterization files for the range of ID injectors are included in SCT's Advantage Software

Once the GM data is implemented, we will provide Chrysler data to SCT.

Until then, contact us directly for copy and paste GM, or Chrysler data for your SCT Advantage software.

Note 5-25-2011 - It has been brought to our attention by Shaun Perry of AED that the value files in the SCT software are not correct for Fords latest 58 psi (4 bar) returnless systems such as used on the 2011 Mustang, Raptor, etc.

The files provided to SCT were formatted to match those supplied by Ford Racing which reference a differential fuel pressure of 39.15psi. (2.7 bar) Multipliers were calculated out to 60psi which is insufficient for use in these later systems which can have differential pressures as high as 70 psi.

The files below are based on a 4 bar reference, and multipliers are calculated out to 70 psi.

These files can also be used for Australian MAP referenced 58 psi (4 bar) systems and will provide better accuracy due to the reference pressure matching that of the differential pressure on the running vehicle.

On that subject, we would like to thank Mick Egan from Pit Lane Performance for working with us to sort out the Australian Fords.

The Ford characterization files below are laid out in the same format as Ford Racing datasheets, and are not in a copy and paste format.

We intend to provide Ford data in copy and paste format for Diablosposrt, and HP Tuners, and we are currently working with them to correct unit and value definition errors in the software.

Please keep in mind that we have seen these errors with all available tuning software, and these companies have all been receptive to input, and are making corrections.

We are excited to see an entire industry moving forward, as this benefits everyone.

The Ford characterization files below are accurate, but because of the problems mentioned above, proper use of them may be less than straightforward.
